I get regular requests for remodels these days. Often new home owners are moving into homes that need updates or a change in style. More specifically, kitchens and master bathroom remodels seem to be most often on my project list.  These two desirable and impactful  spaces always make for a good investment. People can hardly go wrong putting their money into a remodeled kitchen and bath since these are great selling features for any home.  The kitchen is certainly the hub of the home and is where most people gather and the master bath is every owner's retreat. Knowing that, it's hard not to put effort into making these space great.  Now a days there are so many styles to chose from, from modern sleek to industrial and farmhouse chic. No matter the style, an updated space with details like cabinets, counters, and lighting will really pull the biggest punch. Additional details like paint (of course!), tile, and hardware will bring it to top level. Here is a simple before and after of a master bathroom I did last summer you might enjoy.

This bathroom took just a few weeks to remodel but we were able accomplish a huge transformation. We really wanted the new space to feel spa like, serene, and spacious. Although these self-taken photos don't show the full span of the remodel, I think these give a glimpse of what was accomplished. Lighter more serene paint, new custom cabinets, quartz counters, and brushed nickel fixtures and hardware along with a new glass shower enclosure, as you can see made a huge impact on this space. This master bathroom really did turn out beautiful. I was so happy with the results and so were the owners.

Think about your kitchen and bathrooms. Do they need subtle updates or full-remodels? What needs to be done to your space to give it a fresh new and updated look that you can be proud to enjoy?
